This was an illustration I came up with for ArtBoy gallery's "Artboy Vs Videogames" exhibition. Ikaruga is one of my favouriet shoot-em up (or SHMUP) games and I wanted to capture the games red/blue polarity mechanic by making the image work with 3D glasses. If you have any lying around you can give it a try and see what you think.

I am very proud of how this work turned out, I even have a framed version of it on my wall as a memento.
